Yes, at any point before dispatch. Simply inform our team during the phone confirmation call, or contact us by phone or email. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse the parcel on delivery or return it within 14 days of receipt.

The courier will typically leave a calling card and attempt re-delivery the following working day. If delivery is unsuccessful twice, the parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
